We have recently added an enhancement to our video library.
You can now download videos onto your computer that were recorded using our web-based recorder, located in your back office.
To download a video, simply click on the D/L option in your video library and select the location on your computer where would you like to save the video.
Videos recorded using the web-based recorder are in flash (.flv) file format.
*Please note: When downloading a video that has been recorded using our desktop recorder, you have to right-click on D/L and select "Save Link As" or "Save Target As" depending on what browser you are using. You will only see one of the options available.
