In this course, students will walk away with tools and strategies for leveraging different leadership approaches for different situations.  The course employs a "flipped" classroom approach. Learners will be expected to complete self-paced content and activities in advance of interactive live sessions that build on asynchronous coursework with discussion, application exercises, and breakout activities. The Role of a Leader is the first of three courses in the leadership series hosted by Joelle Kaufman.
