Since joining Avalara in 2020, ARR has grown ~2x from $500M to $990M; PS margin increased 51% to 57%; NRR increased 108% to 112%; CSAT improved 5 points. Exceeded targets annually.
Prior to joining Avalara in 2020, Allison was with IBM for 20+ years including as VP of Customer Expansion & Success for IBM Cloud, Data & AI—a $2B SaaS business. Her IBM tenure included executive and leadership roles in software, Global Services and IBM Corporate Headquarters across functions including professional services, technical support, strategy, marketing, sales & business partner enablement, and product management.
