Andrei Oprisan spent the last 15+ years helping companies grow using technology. He managed large teams and led transformations and organizational turnarounds from start-ups to large companies in eCommerce, marketing, sales, and advertising at scale. He is highly technical and values ownership, transparency, and diversity. He can switch between hands-on coding and architecture of applications to effectively lead product engineering teams to reach strategic business goals. He is action-oriented, takes extreme ownership, and thrives in fast-paced environments encouraging creativity and taking risks.
Andrei has led product and engineering teams over the last 8 years, data platform capabilities over the last 10 years, and software engineering platform capabilities for the last 15 years.
Andrei is an alumnus of Columbia University's engineering school with a MS in CS, machine learning, and is currently an MBA student at MIT Sloan School of Management.
