I have sold media and marketing technology, I have run delivery teams that range from data analysis/visualisation to creative design, from planning and buying media, to strategic consulting and project management. I have worked at publishers and tech vendors and spent most of my career selling to brands and agencies. Because of this I have a very broad view of digital marketing, not just the technology, but the staff, processes and change management that needs to be implemented to move things forward.
I’m an enthusiastic student of the many great books/podcasts available on team culture and productivity. This very much plays into my leadership style. I love creating an environment where the individuals work for the collective good and feel safe enough to be honest about mistakes or their own shortcomings. This ultimately leads to a more productive, engaged and happy team!
