Training CSMs on Collecting Feedback from Customers

I love building things from scratch. Probably why I'm on my 3rd early-stage startup building all things Customer Experience. I started at Typeform as employee #16 when we were just an unknown team working out of an apartment in downtown Barcelona. Starting as a customer support agent, went on to build two teams (Customer Voice and Customer Marketing) and restructure a 3rd one (Customer Success Management).

7 years and two kids later, I joined Belvo as the first CS leader to build our Customer Success department, including Customer Support, Implementation, and Customer Success Management.

And in 2022 I joined Claap to do it all over again, joining as employee #10 and working directly with the founders on all GTM motions, with a special focus on Customer Success, Product Education, and Customer Advocacy/Community.

It can be a lonely journey, but it's also a lot of fun when you find your tribe. Let's build ours.
