How this founder ditched the Silicon Valley formula to start a newsletter

Hello! In a previous life, I worked at Google, promoting digital health products such as Google Fit and wearOS. After following a bit of a squiggly path, including a couple of failed startups, I went back to university to study neuroscience.

I'm now a PhD researcher at King's College London investigating how different brains learn differently, with a focus on supporting neurodiversity in online learning.

I'm also the founder of Ness Labs, a learning community where ambitious knowledge workers come together to achieve their goals without sacrificing their mental health.

Each week, I send a newsletter to more than 80,000 readers with practical content at the intersection of neuroscience, entrepreneurship, and education. Some of the topics I cover include creative thinking and mindful productivity.

On a more personal level, I'm also interested in psychedelics, philosophy of mind, and artificial intelligence. I'm half-French, half-Algerian. I've lived in Paris, Tokyo, New York, San Francisco, and I'm currently based in London — I love connecting and learning with people from all around the world, so please get in touch!
