Having specialised in the retail and CP sectors for decades I’m able to bring a lot of insight into what companies can and should expect from their technology partners. I enjoy getting into the consumer mind-set and using that to steer a journey to customer-centricity for my Clients .
I bring holistic, end-to-end thinking around a problem, to make sure I’m part of the solution. I bring energy and rigour to a challenge to push things forward and see them through to end results. This includes the ability to help clients drill down into reasons why their problems are happening and to understand what “solved” looks like, including how to measure the outcome over time and define ROI.
The boundaries between tech and business are rapidly disappearing. Technology is now a way of working and any business leader today has to have genuine tech appreciation: clients rely on me to help them manage conversation that both deliver to the business and are feasible in tech terms.
