It all started in 2003 when I discovered high jumping for the first time. The combination of speed, strength, technique, flexibility, and focus meant there were so many areas you could optimize for peak performance. I was far from a natural talent, but I progressed from 4’6” (not good) to 7’2.5” (not bad) by 2010. Raising the bar became an addiction.
My passion for growth continued to blossom when I started a career in sales. Once again, natural talent was nowhere to be found, but I now understood the value of discipline, work ethic, executing upon a plan, and showing up in big moments. That led to numerous stage performances, product launch milestones, contest victories, and promotions. Ultimately, I had the honor of leading teams and serving people.
Now, as the co-founder of (currently in stealth), my mission is two-fold:
1) To help revenue leaders exceed their team’s growth objectives with our platform.
2) To build and serve a company that employees and clients love.
