Driven by curiosity, end to end thinking and innovation, my profession and specialism in CX evolved.
The future of retail and the fashion industry is ever changing, and the importance of customer centric behaviour is paramount. As the industry of CX experts rises I embrace the challenge of onboarding others to understand that customer experience is undeniably the route to long term business success.
Working on an Innovation HUB opened my career to the concept of 'creative thinking' and strategy, beyond creative design. I have been inspired by Innovators and creative leadership over the past couple centuries. Resourcefulness and adapting to a more sustainable way of living is very influential on my thought process and work.
Having completed courses in 'Leading Strategic Innovation - to lead with purpose' and 'Harnessing open innovation in Business' my interest and intrigue in business models is profound. Product design, colour and mood inspiration, 3D product development, illustration and print design will always be a passion of mine in my own creative time, as well as the foundation of my earlier career experience.

Travel to the far east and Europe previously has developed countless valuable relationships - meeting and working with contacts, agents, suppliers and factories direct is something I have really enjoyed having met many highly experienced individuals along the way.
Working for a fashion brand with strong roots and values is highly desirable to me, and contributes to much of my purpose and commitment.
