Chandra Sanders is a social impact champion on a mission to create economic opportunities for moms and women of color in the workplace and beyond. Sanders is a former high school Spanish teacher turned Fortune 100 Senior Consultant (Google, Pfizer, Elevance, etc.) who remains committed to creating economic opportunities for women by empowering them to live their most authentic lives while maximizing their power, influence, earning and leadership potential.

Chandra is the founder of Heels N Hustle LLC, a company based in Austin, TX. The first book "The Essential Upgrade: A Journey of Purpose, Pivots and Power" is now available for pre-order April 2023. Sanders also serves as Vice President of RISE at The Mom Project where her goal is to empower moms and women of color through transformative upskilling programs and create a better future of work through partnerships with companies and organizations who are committed to creating a better workplace for all.

With more than 6000 scholarships awarded since its inception in late 2020, RISE equips job seekers with skills for in-demand jobs in the fields of data analytics, salesforce administration, digital marketing and e-commerce, IT support, user experience (UX) design, and project management.

Chandra has developed innovative and strategic programming that has been honored by Fast Company as a World Changing Idea. Chandra has also been featured in Glamour Magazine, Comcast, SAP, ABC, NBC, CBS, MIT Press, multiple business publications and podcasts.
