With over almost a decade in training I couldn't be more passionate than I am now in helping to provide engaging learning experiences.

In my time as a Training Director, I have overseen regional and operational teams merging into one high-performing Global team, evolving from seminar-style live classes to shorter virtual instructor-led hands-on sessions to more recently blended learning journies with Certification.

I'm always looking out for the latest research on how we learn through regularly attending events, webinars, and reading articles. Creating an improvement culture is a big part of how I work, not only improving our solutions through research but improving ourselves.
