I have been a professional in the SaaS Based Industry for over 16 years. My background is in both Operations and Pre-Sales, where I’ve been a top Individual Performer to Management of multiple Teams. I am able to apply my diverse experiences, knowledge, tenure, leadership, motivational skills, etc. to ensure the leaders, teams, and individuals I coach and oversee have a clear vision and are determined and motivated to achieve the defined goals – including ensuring we set and meet high standards.
My key principles (among others) as a Pre-Sales Leader is Standards, Consistency, and Recognition. We must have high standards if we are going to accomplish great things (including close/winning deals). Not varying or changing one’s mind as a leader is important, and helps build trust with others. And, if standards are high and they are achieved, there then needs to be space, time, and dedication for Team or Individual recognition. From my experiences, these few principles help to keep everyone challenged, determined, in-sync, motivated, and excited.
