An award-winning editorial leader who has covered marketing for the majority of my career, I'm now also a certified personal trainer, goal success coach, and transformation coach, and founder and head coach of Fit Life Over 50.
As a board member of MCNY and editorial advisor to MKTGinsight, I catalyze change in marketing organizations. In my prior roles as a chief editor of Direct Marketing News, 1to1, and CRM magazines I set the vision and editorial strategy. Changes I introduced at those publications led to increased readership, reader engagement, and revenue.
I believe that it’s essential to give back to the industry that’s given me so much, which I've done — and continue to do — by serving in leadership roles for industry associations and on advisory councils, participating as a speaker and emcee at countless industry events, and mentoring young professionals. I currently serve as an advisor on the Environmental Defense Fund’s Digital Advisory Council and serve on the Marketing Advisory Board for Baruch University’s Allen G. Aaronson Department of Marketing and International Business.
In 2015, I received a DMCNY Silver Apple lifetime achievement award for my contributions to the marketing industry.
I’ve contributed to several business books, including:
• Capitalizing on the Voice of the Customer
• CRM at the Speed of Light
• CyberSelling
Areas of expertise:
