For 20 years, my focus has been ensuring customers have what they need to be successful; initially as an individual contributor in customer success. And then later as a manager in operations and enablement across sales, marketing, customer, sales engineering, and product functions.

⚙️ To focusing "in the business" with process, systems, and data. When those come together and are orchestrated correctly, the sellers we support can best support our customers - and that's really all that matters.
My professional mission has three key ingredients:
