I 💙 operations and I 💙 enablement.
For 20 years, my focus has been ensuring customers have what they need to be successful; initially as an individual contributor in customer success. And then later as a manager in operations and enablement across sales, marketing, customer, sales engineering, and product functions.

I am passionate about the "Ops Pie":
📊 Working "on the business" with insights, strategy, planning, and programs.
⚙️ To focusing "in the business" with process, systems, and data. When those come together and are orchestrated correctly, the sellers we support can best support our customers - and that's really all that matters.

My professional mission has three key ingredients:
🍎 To support sellers with everything they need to be competent and confident - for our customers.
🛠️ To build operations and enablement teams that are well-oiled, results-driven machines which all internal teams love to work with.
🙋‍♀️ To be a woman in business who lifts up and amplifies others in any way possible.
