Having been based in Madrid, London and New York, Isabel brings extensive international experience and a proven track record in setting the strategic vision and executing the Go-to-Market strategy on a global scale. She has extensive C-Level reach within the Banking, Insurance, Government, Corporate and Asset Management sector.
Isabel is Chief Revenue Officer for Moody's Analytics, where she leads all sales and revenue streams for all of Moody's revenue worldwide achieving 61 consecutive quarters of growth. Isabel is a member of the Executive Leadership team. In her current role, she oversees over 1,900 staff worldwide, $3B in sales, and $2.8B in revenue representing 51% to MCO's total revenue.
Isabel also serves as member of the Growth Board at MCO assessing and evaluating new growth and investment opportunities across ESG, CRE, KYC.
Isabel has extensive experience in leading due diligence and integrations of over 17 M&A. She has been a critical member of the executive team to secure the largest and most strategic acquisitions for MCO: RMS, leader in Climate, for $2B in 2021 and Bureau van Dijk, leader in private company data for $3.3B in 2017.
Isabel partners with Investor Relations team to represent Moody’s Investor Day 2022 and often participates in investor visits, quarterly earnings narrative and broad business intelligence/competitive analysis.
Isabel is known for building high performing, highly respected diverse management teams and is passionate about unlocking talent in the workplace. She is passionate for making teams to be what they can become.
As an advocate for celebrating difference, Isabel is committed to DE&I leading important initiatives including mentoring the mentors of the Moody's Corporation Women ERG. From 2014 to 2016 Isabel was the Executive Sponsor for the EMEA LBGTA ERG.
