I'm a customer success professional with 10 years+ of experience in customer service, operations and sales management. Throughout my career I have worked and cooperated with some of the biggest players in Poland and world-wide, helping to achieve mutual goals that ranged from aiming at operational excellence, through aggressive customer acquisition right up to building, developing and managing extremely successful sales teams.
My consulting career allowed me to observe and try out various effective ways to manage a team, build operations and drive revenue, all of which I use in my daily work. I believe that setting SMART goals from bottom-to-the-top and measuring them by correct performance indicators combined with responsible task delegation and open communication are the best way to build a successful team and get the job done.
My main goal is to always make sure that I pay back to the organization exactly the same I receive.
