I am a seasoned marketing leader with a track record of driving growth, revenue, and retention in B2B SaaS. Most recently I built the B2B marketing engine at WHOOP, hiring an incredible team that cemented our WHOOP Unite brand, positioning, portfolio offerings, and pricing to drive pipeline and create a GTM strategy that enabled greater scale and reach across a range of segments, audiences, and use cases.
My sweet spot is the great unknown, and I am curious, compassionate, and gritty by nature. I have defined and launched new offerings and platform technologies into diverse markets with complex buying teams. I thrive in early stage ventures where I have the opportunity to test, learn, optimize, and scale in a nimble and highly collaborative environment. Throughout my career, I have worked directly with founders pre-seed, scaled in hypergrowth for a Series D to post-IPO tech darling, and advised executives at F500 companies. There are few industries and operating environments that I haven’t seen, and this breadth of experience has given me a great appreciation for the value of a growth mindset, active inquiry, and hustle. Professionally and personally, my story is one of taking on stretch opportunities at every turn and putting in the work to raise the bar every day. I ended up in marketing because the job descriptions always looked interesting. I have stayed because I love the challenge and complexity: the far-ranging scope, the ever-changing landscape, and the command of market and customer insights is truly unmatched. Some people don’t like the pressure that comes with that ownership. I say - bring it on.
Outside of work, I have two children and an amazing husband who are the light of my life and have given me perspective like none other. Every ounce of energy, love, and presence I devote to them pays back in dividends and ignites all other areas of my life. The birth of my first child allowed me to wake up to the reality that I needed to take care of myself and my family in order to show up for people I manage and create an environment of authenticity, autonomy, and psychological safety at work. I am an advocate for change in this area, passionate about improving health outcomes, creating sustainable workplaces, and leveling the playing field. I think the days of hard lines between personal and professional are long gone, and organizations who recognize, respect, and reward this beautiful mess of life are the ones who will outperform their competitors.
