In my professional Career I am proud of these key achievements:
- The growth of Dishwasher category from 9 to 17%MS (GFK data value data) during the period I was the PM at Electrolux Group. This was the biggest MS in DW in the last 10 years.
- Duplicate the total Samsung white goods sell-in in a Year passing from 45 to 90 million euros. The marketing and price strategy works perfectly and we managed to take MS from the leaders in the market.
- Very complicated negotiation with the biggest buying group in Spain, where we managed to reduce the Rappel by 3%pp. We stablished a clear route map and make a perfect execution.
- Able to build strong networks and relationships with key stake holders at Electrolux, Samsung and Diageo. This was key to succeed in fast moving consumer goods companies.
- Continuous search of new opportunities and projects to find extra NSV: i.e. CELIACS or work with different start-ups and application not only for the on-line channel also thinking in an Omni channel approach.
- Leading the digital transformation Agenda in Iberia in Coordination with Shopper, GDBS and top management.
- Selection and Management of a team of 40 people for a pull strategy that makes the Electrolux sell-out increase by 1% and recover the trust of stores and customers.
- In 2 occasions team members took my role. I always look forward to teach my team in order to be ready to take more responsibilities. For 1 of this person I continue doing mentoring in an altruistic way.
- After just six month I was nominated for the local awards at Diageo.
- Growth of eCommerce at Diageo, resulting on a MS 2X off-trade and leading the Digital Commerce Channel in Spain.
- Work in several sectors allow me to have a wider perspective and bring learning from other sectors into the one I am working.
