Curiosity may have killed the cat, but it's curiosity that started my career in Marketing Operations. With endless challenges and logic based methods for resolving them, I sometimes confuse the functions available in Marketing Technology with how my brain works. There are things that trigger us and based on what filters we acknowledge, lead us to choices and a decision on what action to take. With life being so complex, Marketing Operations has always felt easy. And while I have failed and made countless mistakes, the only true failure that I believe in occurs when we don’t learn from and appreciate our experiences along the way.
