I am VP People Experience at Auror, a retail crime intelligence platform that helps retailers and police report, solve and prevent crime.
I am also a General Partner - NZ at Tractor Ventures - supporting tech-enabled companies across Australia and NZ with revenue-based finance and access to a great team of operators.

In late 2015 Lance and I launched HOP Ventures, a company dedicated to building more great companies through Advisory and our own product development.
Previously I was the VP Talent at Vend, a fast growing online retail platform headquartered in New Zealand with teams based in Australia, USA, Canada & the UK. I started at Vend in April 2013, growing the team from 37 to 250 while successfully scaling the culture was the highest of priorities.
