I started in the Beauty industry over 10 years ago as a Beauty Therapist specializing in Skin & Body treatments. After many years of traveling the world and working in between, I decided to stay in the industry that I loved, but move into a different position. I joined Oz Hair & Beauty as a Customer Service Agent in 2019 and in 2020 moved into a Customer Service Manager role. As 2022 rolled around, I was soon promoted to Customer Success Manager.

With a passion to 'WOW' the customer and understand their expectations, I continue to work very closely with all departments across the workplace to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
