I help people work from anywhere by coaching and advising teams and organisations on remote work. I've been working remotely since 2014 and I'm convinced that people worldwide can benefit from this lifestyle (because yes, it's more than just work)! So I've made it my mission to enable distributed teams to cultivate a successful remote working culture that will empower them to work from anywhere.

Remote collaboration is my jam and my experience in distributed companies has been key in bringing a remote-first approach and culture within multiple teams. I've covered extensive research on Remote Design Thinking, helped create the Remote Starter Kit in 2017 before the entire world was forced into it by a global pandemic (voted #1 Product of the Day on Product Hunt) and was recognised in the top 150 Remote Influencer Report in 2023.

My background in UX design has led me to believe that every experience should be frictionless, relevant and intuitive. Whether I'm redesigning an onboarding journey or creating a new workshop, I'm guided by the principles of design thinking to create products and services that add value to the people who interact with them.

Get in touch if you're looking for help to:

- Foster a people-centric company culture based on psychological safety
- Create a unique virtual or in-person company retreat
- Design and facilitate an engaging online event (meeting, workshop, webinar, social gatherings, team building activities, All Hands & more)

I also regularly speak at conferences, webinars, podcasts and organisations on remote work, online collaboration, human connections in virtual spaces, company culture and leadership — reach out to invite me as a speaker at an event, university or company.
