As the Head of UX Research at LiveRamp, I have built an inclusive growth-oriented research environment that focuses on understanding advertising technology problems, inspiring thoughtful products, and fostering a culture of empathy with our users. With over 9 years of experience in UX research, I have established user research as a strategic function at LiveRamp, growing the team and coaching and mentoring product managers and designers to do their own research.
My core competencies include ethnography, interviews, field studies, card sorts, usability studies, heuristic evaluations, personas, surveys, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and agile methods. I have applied these skills to various domains, such as location data, AI, healthcare, travel, and accessibility. I have also published a paper on user persona segmentation for a B2B SaaS product using a novel combination of qualitative and mixed quantitative methods. My mission is to leverage user research to create impactful and user-centric solutions that address the complex challenges of the adtech industry. I hold a M.S. in Human-Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington.
