I’m a screenwriter turned Organizational Psychologist whose expertise is in scripting experiences and solutions that boost motivation, engagement, and performance for the long term.
My ~20 years of experience includes Heads of Talent Development roles at three successful Silicon Valley companies, where I specialized in building the function from scratch and then for scale.
As a consultant, clients leverage my unique insight and skills to create a range of solutions from leadership off-sites to manager training, values activations and large-scale organizational change initiatives, and more, all meant to elicit a reaction, share information, or ignite motivation and lasting change.
I’m an expert in adult education and how to help content be absorbed and retained. I also understand the science of motivation and behavior change at an individual, group, and organizational level.
I’ve designed and facilitated learning and change initiatives for thousands of employees in organizations worldwide that have improved referral recruiting, increased employee engagement, and decreased attrition.
