Lionel Johnston

Lionel Johnston has nearly three decades of experience in sales, sales management, and business development, alongside building his real estate holdings. He combines his entrepreneurial spirit and sales expertise to consistently prioritize customer needs over company offerings.

While earning his MBA at the University of Manitoba, Lionel managed international marketing for Travel Manitoba, promoting Canada and Manitoba as a tourism destination in Europe and Asia. He also led marketing efforts for one of Canada's largest trucking companies, earning several marketing awards from the Transportation Marketing & Sales Association, where he also served on the board.

Currently, Lionel serves as the Managing Director of Farmers Marketing Inc. Here, he helps business owners modernize their sales and marketing strategies, focusing on lead generation and revenue growth. Lionel achieves this through personalized coaching and hands-on 'done with you' services, enabling businesses to excel in today's ever-changing marketing landscape.
