Yardstick is an AI product that makes sales teams great at hiring.

As a sales leader, I realized that the people my team hired were the biggest determinants of the success of the company and the career progression of the individuals on my team. At the same time, perfecting the hiring process rarely seemed like the most urgent priority. Things like end-of-quarter, team meetings, and board meetings tended to take my attention.

I built Yardstick to help sales leaders get the best hiring process with the least amount of time and energy. If you are a sales manager or leader, I’d love to help you succeed by doing everything possible to make your team excel at candidate interviews and hiring.

I have over 20 years of experience in software sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship, and I know the challenges and opportunities of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
