With 10+ years in the industry, I specialize in constructing robust UX infrastructure and fostering organizational growth to empower product and development teams. My career started with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which served as a stepping stone toward earning a Master's in Human Factors and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. This fusion of psychological expertise, organizational insight, and technology became the driving force behind my passion for crafting exceptional UX solutions.
My venture into the aviation industry began with designing UAV interfaces for the United States Air Force and later extended to the commercial airline sector, where I contributed to revenue generation by enhancing customer experiences. Along the way, I've achieved numerous UX awards, emerged victorious in several hackathons, delivered compelling talks and workshops at various conferences, and even hold a United States patent.
I currently work as the UX Research Principal at American Airlines where I inspire teams to conduct high-fidelity qualitative and quantitative research that speaks for the customer - their problems, desires, thoughts, and feelings. We collaborate with business and development to design travel experiences that customers find empowering, delightful, and accessible.
