My mantra is "never stop learning," and I apply that to all areas of my life. If I don't understand something, I'll keep asking questions until I do because I'm curious about how everything works.
I've been told that I'm a dot-connector, even when dots are miles apart, and I'd attribute that to being a forever learner of multiple disciplines.
You can count on me digging into the background and data of a problem, comparing it to others I've seen/learned about elsewhere that are similar, and identifying the simplest, most agreeable solution. When I think about how to present a strategy, I figure out how to "talk" to people in ways meaningful to them that still fits into the bigger picture.
I thrive when I am challenged and crave opportunities to be creative. I value inclusivity, equity, perspective, open-mindedness, transparency, integrity, and collaborative teamwork.
