I am convinced that good selling does good. It does good for our clients. It does good for their people and for their customers. It does good for their stakeholders and up and down their supply chain. And good selling does good for society. When people are buying and selling well, society is healthier.
What does good selling mean? It means selling ethically and selling professionally; and doing it in a rapidly and radically changing world.
Sales leaders looking to grow in a rapidly changing sales world face both threats and opportunities. Those businesses that manage the threats and seize the opportunities will flourish. Those that do not will find life extremely difficult.
The drivers of sales change mean that you face five key questions:
How do you win, grow and retain customers in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world?
How do you generate high growth in a low (zero?) growth economy?
How do you handle fundamental changes in buying behaviours?
How do you ensure your selling aligns with the sustainability agenda?
How do you take advantage of rapid sales innovation?
If you face these challenges then we should be in contact.
