*As Global Product Supply Leader for Grooming Care I launched a new to the world brand King C. Gillette. I led the development of the products and supply chain that accounted for a significant portion of Global Grooming's growth of annual sales.
*As Innovation Diamond Leader for The Art of Shaving I led the development of 16 programs in 10 months containing 50 unique products to bring monthly news in our retail store locations.

Managing Global Supply Chains
As the Global Shave Care Supply Network Operations Sr. Director I delivered the best global chain service results within P&G. During those same years, P&G was recognized by Gartner as an industry leading supply chain expert and by Walmart as delivering the best customer service of all suppliers! Developed operating strategies to ensure best in class service, global inventory reduction, and forecast accuracy.

Advancing Inorganic Growth
Expanded P&Gs business by developing two acquisitions, the first in Salon Professional was the Nioxin company, which grew annual sales, improved competitive positioning, and exceeded ROI expectations. This integration was successful through driving cost savings and rapid global expansion. The second was the integration of the Art of Shaving into P&G.

Strategic Portfolio Management
Led the divestiture of the Infusium Professional and Johnson Products brands to outside buyers. Transferred assets, resolved contractual issues, and ensured buyers received all intellectual property required. Within Grooming, I led the portfolio optimization work that reduced SKUs by 25% while growing sales and profit.
