In his current role as Executive Director, Content & Technology, Sam leads the division responsible for building GE's lean training product. He and his team created an on-demand media product and content network to accelerate GE's lean transformation. BrilliantYOU is used by over half of GE's global workforce and Sam's teams have produced a world class library of documentary-style courses and podcasts. The product has become known internally as "GE's version of Netflix."
During Sam's tenure at GE, he previously led the corporate marketing function where his team developed multiple award winning media franchises that reshaped GE's brand and reputation in market.
Before joining GE, Sam was the East Coast Director at OMD's Ignition Factory creating breakthrough new media experiences for consumer brands in the PepsiCo portfolio, CBS, Showtime, and Google. Sam began his career in sales, as an agent with Paradigm Talent and ICM.
