"What's the one thing I can do, such that by doing it everything else is easier or unnecessary?"

I have over 15 years of experience working in revenue and sales operations. Currently, I work as the Head of Revenue Operations at Teampay, where I lead a cross-functional team focusing on customer acquisitions, recurring revenue, and the customer experience. I'm deeply passionate about seeking and creating opportunities, ways and means to optimize revenue delivery while keeping true to the company's mission and brand promise. Through my experiences and ongoing learning, I lead with a differentiated view that building high performing organizations are built with clear processes before systems and that people are the difference makers in success.

Previously, the breadth and depth of my experience spans Public to Private companies from $8m to over $1B. I have led operations teams through transformations from hardware to software to SaaS, multiple M&A plays and integrations, and scale ups. Through this I have intimate experience in the importance of an operating and planning cadence, commission models, productivity and capacity planning, the importance organizational and sales culture plays, and the difference between effective and ineffective systems and technology integrations.

My passion for building more resilient organizations has led me to coach and consult with other companies and individuals. The expectations for your Revenue Operations leaders and their team is immensely broad and personal to the organization. My mission is to help other founders and leaders build more resilience in up-skilling their current talent from tactics to strategy and to bring some prioritization to what matters most for their organization to grow and thrive.

If you catch me outside of work, I am usually ushering around my teens or exploring the outdoors in my many adventure sports - hiking, cycling, MTB, running - and an avid lover of the water!
