I have led and managed teams of customer success, professional services, support, and enablement professionals across different products and markets.
As the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success at BlueConic, I was responsible for the retention, growth, and satisfaction of our customers, who use our customer data platform to deliver personalized and relevant experiences to their audiences. I doubled the size of the customer success team, implemented a customer success platform, achieved and exceeded churn metrics, and created a delivery model for enterprise accounts. Previously, I was the Senior Director of Customer Success and Digital Consulting at Acquia, where I led a team of technical account managers and marketing cloud consultants who advised and supported customers using Acquia's Drupal and Marketing Cloud products. I also collaborated closely with the product and sales teams to influence roadmaps and drive revenue.
