Tracy Earles is a senior marketing strategist and demand generation specialist with a focus on marketing performance measurement. An engineering background and almost 30 years in technology marketing across a wide variety of products and services have provided Tracy a breadth of experience that, when combined with seasoned judgment, make him an indispensible asset to marketing organizations.

Tracy spent his early marketing career in product marketing and management, marketing semiconductors, optical components, network equipment, and LED lighting. In the late ‘90s and early ‘00s, he began deploying Internet marketing techniques as part of his marketing mix. As his interest and expertise grew in the burgeoning field of online marketing, he eventually made the switch to full-time demand generation marketing.

 Although his earlier focus was on digital marketing channels, Tracy believes in the importance of tightly integrating online and offline marketing strategies to optimize the customer journey.
