As a change catalyst, I have dedicated the past 15 years of my career to serving as a transformational leader who has driven tangible results in culture; diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I); and organizational development, as an executive for multinational consulting, pharmaceutical, and technology enterprises. Through this work, I have earned a reputation for integrating and embedding change into organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion practices through people, processes, and products on a global scale.

I also serve as a trusted C-suite and board-level advisor leveraging my background leading culture and global DEI efforts as an executive for companies like Google, Pfizer, Sanofi, and Bristol Myers Squibb, as well as my high degree of experience working across cultures gained from living in Europe (Paris, France) and working abroad in the US, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. I have also developed high-impact collaborative partnerships with worldwide organizations such as the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, Mercer, and McKinsey to harness the most progressive HR, culture, CSR, and DEI practices.

I work to inspire leaders to activate culture and inclusion through being intentional in creating a fair and equitable work environment that leverages the value diversity brings across all dimensions of difference. This includes guiding leaders to embrace these actions to drive engagement, foster a sense of belonging for all, and enhance productivity through more collaborative behaviors and ways of working, thereby enhancing employees’ overall quality of life inside and outside of the workplace.

To advance this effort, I provide thought leadership to media outlets like Fast Company, Diversity Global Magazine, and Inc., and as keynote speaker for organizations like the National Association for Female Executives.
