David J Ebner is an Author and the President of Content Workshop. In 2013, he assembled a co-op of storytellers whose sole purpose was to use their storytelling skills to help brands. David spends most of his time running Content Workshop and assisting brands in standing out using their unique story.

As a Product Manager for Unica Deliver, Gordon has been key in developing the SaaS offering from inception to the multi-million dollar service it is today, in under five years.
Gordon is a composed and conscientious leader in the field of marketing and CRM software with over twenty-five years of experience in IT professional services, SaaS service management and product management.
After completing his degree, Gordon joined KPMG Consulting, working in customer-facing technical roles where he designed and developed solutions for CRM, Management Information and Marketing. Over the years he gained experience across many enterprise industry sectors, including manufacturing, finance and telecommunications and dealt with stakeholders at every organisational level.
In January 2006, Gordon joined Unica which was subsequently bought by IBM. He was responsible for professional services delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle on both campaign management and marketing resource management (MRM) projects. In this role he split his time working as project manager, planning enterprise-level engagements; managing multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, resources and project plans; he also spent much of his time in the solution architect role, analysing requirements and producing solution designs that integrate IBM software with multiple contact channels.
Gordon spent six years looking after IBM's eMessage service as Email Account Services Manager in the Enterprise Marketing Management SaaS team, where he was responsible for post-sales service delivery and design of digital messaging solutions for enterprise class customers.
In 2020, Gordon was invited to take the role of Product Manager for Unica Deliver, in which he now works full-time. In July 2020, Unica Deliver became available for purchase as part of the Unica 12.1 release.
