I am currently CEO and Co-founder of HelloBetter, a pioneer in the digital mental health care space that builds innovative solutions for the prevention and treatment of a broad range of mental health conditions. For better or worse, regulations are entering the web design space, and if you’re helping clients collect things like names, emails, or IPs through contact forms or analytics tools, it’s important you get it documented that you told them they’re responsible for their website policies, not you!
I also give web agencies a free set of our auto-updating policies for their own website in the hopes they like our product and recommend our solution to their clients via our recurring revenue programs.
