Proud to be a part of a company that creates an ethical and mission-driven culture.
Outside of work, I like exploring my home in San Francisco, running, skiing, and traveling to new places.
I am a performance partnerships specialist, who is passionate about human connection, collaboration, and supporting others in achieving their goals.
I have experience consulting with leading enterprise brands across APAC, helping them to build and design successful performance marketing partnerships.
I am also an advocate for health and wellness at work, and spend considerable time educating myself about the latest movements in corporate wellbeing. I'm a firm believer that investment in both physical and mental health is the foundation for long term career success.
Background and Specialties:
• MarTech customer success consultancy
• Affiliate and strategic brand partnerships
• Programmatic and performance media
Focused on driving results through strategic media placements.
I am a strategic media planner and buyer of both traditional and digital advertising. I have experience across many industries including automotive, hospitality, restaurants, fast food, higher education, sporting goods and other retail, energy and non-profits. I have planned and placed media in both the largest and smallest media markets in the country.
My ability to see the bigger picture and my excellent attention to detail are extremely valuable skills in helping my clients achieve their advertising goals. Understanding consumer behavior has been instrumental in my development of media plans. I am passionate about building strong, strategic media plans and buys that propel the success of my clients.
I am passionate about building world class teams, empowering up-and-coming future leaders to thrive, growing quality brands, and leading businesses through change and acceleration. As an experienced business executive and marketing leader, I have had the opportunity to develop multiple marketing and business strategies across IT, including cloud, SaaS, and services.
I pride myself on strategic thinking, results-driven execution, operational efficiency, and effective cross-functional management. I believe that in the absence of product knowledge or expertise, brands are a surrogate for quality and that our job as marketers is to make products accessible to customers.
Personally, I am inspired by strong women in business and entrepreneurs who have a story to tell. I am also an advocate for managing a well-rounded life, not just a job, as I think that is the rising tide that lifts all boats at home and in the workplace. I believe the rat race of go-go-go is not sustainable and often interferes with the best ideas. I am a die-hard achiever who is learning that taking a minute to think can exponentially increase the efficiency of achievement!

President & Integrator of EOS Worldwide, LLC | Wife & Mom of Three | Forbes Business Council Influencer | Proud Michigan Wolverine l Investor I Author
Hey there! I’m Kelly. Some of you know me as the President & Integrator of EOS Worldwide®.
In case you’re unfamiliar, EOS stands for the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Our company provides entrepreneurs with simple concepts and practical tools to drive results for their businesses. We run under this framework, as well. At the top of every company, you have two fundamental roles driving the dream and the structure: the Visionary and the Integrator, respectively.
As Integrator, it’s my job to drive accountability and harmoniously unite the major functions of the business. It’s not easy. It takes the perfect combination of both grit and heart (maybe that comes from being a mom or from being born to midwestern parents), which is why I’m so uniquely qualified for this role. I proudly obsess about organizational clarity, having genuine care and concern for people, and our core value “Grow or Die” pulses through my every move.
Now, we’re on a rocketship tracking to 1,000,000 companies running on EOS around the world by 2030. We’ve tripled business year over year. And the people are scaling, not just the business. More than anything, my passion is uniting teams to become extraordinary and to help leaders discover their individual potential beyond their own understanding. I live for watching people come alive and awaken to what's possible in their lives!
If you’re interested in bringing EOS to your business or discussing heart-centered leadership, please reach out or introduce yourself in the comments. I look forward to getting to know you better.
