Khushi Lunkad Claimed
Growth marketer
Hello, I'm Khushi! I work with companies to get their marketing messaging right and uncover ways to drive growth using data. The long but brief story: Great at academics and great at sports but found my passion in growth marketing. Spent countless hours taking courses online and tested out those skills at 10 companies, in different industry verticals. I took a sabbatical of 6 months to get ridiculously good at marketing. Unsurprisingly, I have a major in marketing and a degree in business. Short term goal is to be great at growth marketing. Long term goal is to start something of my own and put these kickass marketing skills to use. Outside of marketing (if that ever happens), I take active interest in animal welfare, tech startups, and Karate. My mom thinks I should get a hobby other than marketing and she's absolutely right.

Content Marketing Manager, UX Research @ User Interviews
Lizzy (she/her) is a marketer, writer, and poet, based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Currently, she creates educational resources for user researchers, research ops professionals, and other folks in the UX community on the User Interviews blog. She became a marketer by accident; after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Writing from a small college in Vermont, she applied to every job opportunity she could find with the word “writer” in the title. She cut her teeth on marketing as an agency copywriter, where she learned to approach content as an act of hospitality, shaped by a sense of empathy, generosity, and high regard for the audience. Since then, Lizzy’s written both freelance and in-house content for a wide range of industries, including technology, AI, retail, cosmetics, food and beverage, law, education, and most recently, UX research. Outside of work, Lizzy likes hiking, people-watching, thrift shopping, learning and sharing ideas. Her happiest memory is sitting on the shore of Lake Champlain in the summer of 2020, eating a clementine.

Laurynas Arminas
User Researcher @ Whatagraph Product Team
At the age of 25, I can proudly state that I have a great deal of international experience that has enabled me to form a completely new perception of the world. I really enjoyed studying the subject of marketing, more specifically I am fascinated with the international aspect of it. Overall, I consider myself to be an honest, ambitious and determined person. Once I set my mind on a task I must finish it, even if that means getting out of my comfort zone or feeling anxious about it. One of my biggest assets is intercultural communication and my ability to adapt to various social situations. I am currently looking for any marketing/advertisement or customer service positions which would commence my professional career.

I can honestly say that I am never bored. My closest friends and family will tell you I'm a geek, but I prefer to say that I have a healthy enthusiasm for simply "making stuff work better". I didn't set out to be a consultant, but this profession has been the sweetest surprise in my career so far because it lets me connect with so many different people who all have the same types of challenges. I can help clients decipher really tough processes and figure out a way to simplify them. I can work with different software solutions and understand where they are a great fit for a client and match them up. I can challenge people on strongly held assumptions when they need to embrace change. I love what I do. I've enjoyed mastering my skills in legal department change management, business process automation, contract lifecycle management, legal strategy and operations. This is complex subject matter, but that is what makes it fun. In addition to the focus on legal consulting and contract management applications, I have also implemented matter management and electronic billing systems, entity management systems, risk management systems, and have experience in records management and document management implementations and processes.
