Beyond my elected councillor role, I have two decades of experience as a Community Consultant and Community Manager. I am passionately committed to online community building and have created and nurtured several valuable community-centred websites. Over many years, I have helped dozens of organisations understand the value of online communities and have managed a "golden benchmark" online community for almost 20 years. I also received a prestigious writing prize from the President of Mexico in 2003.

I love helping people grow their skills - both technical and non-technical - to find joy and fulfillment in their jobs and lives. I am a learner, a coach, an educator, and a technologist.
