Content, it is said, “is King”. It takes many familiar forms and is crucial in a world where users and industry observers consume a large volume of information before making a purchase decision or forming an opinion about a company. As a creative content strategist and communications professional, I generate and oversee the production of the engaging content organizations need to better position their solutions in the global marketplace.
I have a background in political communications and journalism, and a demonstrated track-record of building data-driven content programs for hyper-growth organizations, Fortune 500 companies, startups and digital publications at a global scale. In addition to managing editorial and creative direction, I develop messaging architectures that inform brand identity, public and analyst relations, product launches and multi-channel marketing campaigns. Whether it’s a website, blog post, infographic, long-form article or video script, I tell compelling stories that increase awareness, establish trust, and build advocacy.

I’m a young professional who loves Jesus, people, and good stories.
I also love marketing. I’m on a journey to find the most effective way to build out our employee advocacy program at Sweet Fish Media, and I also make a lot of silly TikTok videos 😆

I have been fortunate enough to have spent my entire career with a product and domain that I care strongly about. While still a student, I started developing a software which could help businesses offer good customer service. Having worked part-time in the support department for an ISP, I had some thoughts on what such a system should offer. Together with some former colleagues we started the company eJournal AS in 1998 and started selling the software under the same name. We ate pasta and lived cheap, and after a few months we sold our first copy in exchange for a used desktop computer.
By the change of the millennium we had grown to approximately 10 people and had a small but growing business. By 2005 we were 20 people and enjoyed solid profit margins. In 2007 eJournal AS was acquired by SuperOffice ASA, the maker of SuperOffice CRM. We have afterwards merged our two solutions to become a complete CRM platform, managing Marketing, Sales and Customer Service processes. Today, I am proud to say that tens of thousands of users are using our software to offer their customers better service.
My position has always been deeply involved with the product and its users. As the product manager and a developer, I get to meet with partners, prospects and customers, get input on challenges and possibilities, discuss technical solutions with my colleagues, implement functionality in our software, and see it work.
In January 2019, Stian and I started Kodesentralen AS. We offer custom software development and integrations, mostly related to SuperOffice CRM.

Head of Talent Development at the European Medicines Agency
Management is more than just hiring great people. It's about having a meaningful experience of working with people across all levels in an organization and understanding what motivates them to do their best work. I'm passionate about coaching and developing people, so that they can perform at their full potential. The most rewarding part of my job is having the opportunity to see the growth of someone's career through my own work and the work of my team.
As an experienced HR practitioner, I am able to build relationships of trust and partnership with the business, which enables me to translate the strategic needs of the organization into specific HR solutions and strategies. I have a solid track record in all key areas of HR, i.e., talent management, leadership development, performance management, learning and development, staffing and recruiting, change management, organizational design, HR transformation.
As an HR professional, I believe in the value and benefit of engaging in an ongoing dialogue with staff, managers, and senior leaders. Through such an ongoing dialogue, a culture of openness, clarity and trust can be established. I consider coaching to be a key vehicle to achieve that. I am deeply interested and inspired by the topic of the future of work - as HR professionals we should be looking ahead to make sure we proactively drive and anticipate workforce needs related to capabilities and expertise. Based on that HR can develop and implement its people strategy and related talent management programs and initiatives.
