VP of Marketing: The Juice | Host of Modern Day Marketer | Host of Stacking Slabs Podcast for Sports Card Collectors and Investors
I've spent 12 years in the B2B SaaS industry in various marketing functional and leadership roles. I wake up every day thinking about messaging and positioning, sales alignment, demand generation, and content creation. I am highly focused on building out go-to-market strategies that elevate the organization's brand and develop sales pipeline. I am results driven and believe it's all about bringing in the right people.
I write about modern day marketing, brand building, content distribution, and content marketing.
I’ve spent years leading exceptional teams from both the CEO perspective and from the COO perspective.
For 9 years, I was the Co-Executive TV producer of the top organic television series on PBS. An executive producer is very similar to the Chief Operational Officer (COO) or the “Integrator” position in a digital business. I co-produced and "launched" 26 episodes per season and ran the teams that filmed across the country. So, I honed my project management and team leadership skills to peak levels.
Later, when I started my successful online course business, I shifted to leading my own self-managed team from the CEO position. As the popularity of my brand grew, I started coaching others on digital marketing strategy and scaling.
But…I immediately noticed a common problem among entrepreneurs.
Everyone started with a laptop and a dream, but many got stuck transitioning from solopreneur to CEO without overworking and sacrificing themselves. As their businesses grew, they became buried in the day-to-day operations and struggled to set up proper support with a team. There was chaos behind the scenes and they couldn’t scale without growing that chaos.
That’s when I shifted all my coaching to streamlining and team building. Today, I’ve worked with some of the top digital brands in the industry to simplify operations and create scalability with their offers.
The bottom line is... I understand the roadblocks that can come up for the CEO and for the team members because I’ve worked both sides!
As the CEO, you need to be fully supported so you can stay in your zone of genius. But you can’t do that when you're stuck in the weeds or you don’t have a proper team.
I help entrepreneurs simplify their operations, get their time back and build self-managed teams so they can scale with ease.
I help them to be fully supported so they can put the fun, creativity, and inspiration back into the business. But most importantly, I help them build a business that fits the lifestyle they want to live instead of them sacrificing their life for the business.
I'd love to connect!
