Shiloh Johnson is a long time accountant and founder of ComplYant, a technology platform offering business owners and entrepreneurs a simple way to manage tax rules and requirements. Rooted in the firm belief that complex tax laws and nuanced regulations often create barriers for small or underrepresented business owners, her company’s mission is to ensure that organizations of all colors, shapes, and sizes have access to accurate fiscal guidance. Recently, Shiloh Johnson was awarded a startup grant by the Annenberg Foundation and Pledge LA, along with capital from MuckerLab and Slauson & Co. She is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, American Institute of CPAs, and the National Association of Black Accountants.

In 2016, I founded Scribe, a financial content agency. In 2020, Scribe was acquired by Vested, a fully-integrated global media company at the forefront of financial communications and PR. As Scribe's CEO, I oversaw day-to-day operations, focused on growth initiatives, and worked directly with clients big and small. As for media appearances, I've been a guest contributor and on-air expert for The Huffington Post and Cheddar TV. I've led panels, sessions, and hosted keynote events for FinCon, Lendit Fintech, and Financial Narrative. My speaking topics are usually focused on fintech, content marketing, entrepreneurship, career transitions, remote work, and general lifestyle hacks. As a published author, my first book "The Credit Cleanup Book"​ (Praeger) was published in 2014. Its sequel, "Credit Score Hacks" (Scribe) was released in September 2017, and hit #1 on two Amazon Bestseller lists in its first week of release. My fiction book titled "The First Time"​ (Scribe), was released in February 2017 and hit 3 Top 10 Amazon bestseller romance lists. In a prior life I worked in finance, specifically in consumer lending, first for a Fortune 250 company, and later as a VP in lending at one of the nation's largest banks (now Wells Fargo). I then pivoted to my passion for broadcast journalism and completed stints at CNBC and Bloomberg TV. Before launching Scribe, I was a travel blogger, online media contributor, and content manager at Betterment, the largest independent wealth robo-advisor.

Has been the President of Google Japan since 2021, leading Google Japan, overseeing business growth and site operations to deliver on Google's mission for users, customers, and partners. Prior to Google, worked for 30 years in the consumer goods and food business as an executive.

不動産ポータルHOME'Sを運営するLIFULLにて、国内向けサービスの企画を5年やったのち、2011－2015年まで国際事業を担当しインドネシア事業の立ち上げ、中国・タイ事業の立て直し等。 2015年からは買収したスペインのアグリゲーションサイトを運営するTrovit S.L.に出向しバルセロナに2年駐在、SEO関連プロジェクトを推進。 2017年10月よりアソビュー株式会社にジョインし、サイトのグロース（SEO/CRO）に従事。 2018年10月より株式会社LIFULLに復帰、複数の国内事業の短期間でのグロースを実現後、LIFULL HOME'Sの全C向けプロダクトの責任者かつ、プロダクトマネジメントの導入及び人材育成に取組中。 キャンプ、トレイルラン、川遊びなど大自然でのアウトドア活動をこよなく愛します。
