I don’t know anyone who grew up dreaming of being a sales trainer. But as I look back, I can see the double thread of selling and teaching weaving through my personal and professional journeys. From creating and selling jewelry and accessories in elementary and middle school, to teaching martial arts in high school and college, I had been developing my sales and training muscles long before I know that’s what I was doing.
These two threads began to weave together early in my career at The Princeton Review, where I started as a teacher. At the time with my focus on teaching, I never thought I would move to a sales role. But it’s easy to take the leap when you truly believe in the products and services you’re offering. I was fortunate to work with a team that let me grow into roles, building experience and skills along the way, until I ultimately landed in my favorite role in training and development, with a focus on developing sales teams.
My next leap was into the tech industry, where I learned to apply my skills and experience in a world fueled by innovation. The trainer in me loves continual growth and improvement, and I quickly found myself at home training SaaS sellers.
My current team at Introhive is the culmination of my journey. I get to work with a passionate and kickass enablement team, developing our sellers to support a truly innovative business.
LFG!
