When mistakes are made, I first look at the underlying processes (or lack of) to identify ways to improve for the future. Third, I believe that Data enables teams to make better decisions and achieve higher results. I'm passionate about building out predictable and consistent data and analytics frameworks to empower stakeholders to make actionable decisions based on the data that they have available to them. Lastly, Technology is necessary to innovate within an organization and provide memorable customer experiences. I enjoy enabling teams to use their existing technology to its full capabilities. I also enjoy introducing new technologies that solve meaningful problems. The potential is limitless when you have a well functioning tech stack. I was also a professional Stage Manager for live theater in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. My experiences on stage and behind the scenes have shaped me into the leader that I am today.
