I am an experienced consultant and former global senior executive with four decades of experience in supply chain operations and human resources. My extensive career background and PhD in Leadership and Change uniquely positions me to help clients like Clorox, Xavier University, Calavo and Kraft Heinz leverage people and process to deliver change.
As VP Product Supply at Procter and Gamble, I led a team of 10,000 across 19 sites worldwide and was responsible for several large-scale strategic overhauls. In 2006, I integrated the $2.5B, 5,000-person Gillette Oral Care supply chain. I spent the next 10 years expanding Oral Care into 43 new countries while managing sourcing, personnel retention, new product initiatives, regulatory requirements and demand planning while improving cash flow by 30%.
Most recently, I served as CHRO at the Castellini Group of Companies, one of the largest distributors of fresh produce in the United States. There, I led efforts that resulted in the transformation of the culture and business model—improving retention and performance.
Today, I leverage my practical expertise (I know how to cube out a truck and how much time it takes to do a changeover in a plant), my recent PhD research (I use various coaching models and have access to studies and data) and proven processes and methodologies to deliver results for clients across sectors.
