I am a customer centric, chief executive with over 25 years of experience leading omni-channel and direct-to-consumer businesses ranging from $250M to $1B in revenue with Fortune 500 brands including Old Navy and Victoria’s Secret, and mid-stage private enterprises. Known for my ability to translate insights into business strategies, I have extensive product development, digital commerce and retail operations experience.
While the majority of my career has been in retail merchandising and general management roles, I have also driven large scale technology infrastructure projects and e-commerce re-platforms as a subject matter expert, business partner advisor, business strategist and executive sponsor.
The revolution occurring within the retail industry is my current obsession. Digital commerce, the globalization of once regional brands, an ever evolving customer landscape and the advent of big data, advanced analytics and Ai are all driving fundamental transformation in the industry. And are also the things that get me excited everyday about being in this business.

Vice President of Sales and Service at CarGurus - We are HIRING!
I am...
An entrepreneur at heart consumed by problem solving.
After bootstrapping TixList, a daily email start-up, I fell into the warm embrace of the mobile industry. In 2012 I joined Fiksu, the leading mobile marketing platform, and was promoted to VP of Sales in two years. During my 4+ years at Fiksu, I led the team that grew from single-digit milliions to well past $100M in revenue.
Following an amazing start-up journey at Fiksu, I joined Jana as head of revenue and monetization. Backed by $93M from Spark Capital, Publicis Groupe, and Verizon Ventures, Jana's mCent mobile web browser had a simple, yet ambitious mission: to make the Internet free for the next billion people.
After two years at Jana, and growing DAU from 0 to 20M in emerging markets, I took the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Apptopia, the leading mobile app intelligence and data platform. I'm responsible for Sales, Success, Marketing, and Operations. We cut churn in half and doubled revenue in two years.
Currently, I'm the VP of Sales and Service for CarGurus, the world’s most trusted and transparent automotive marketplace. We make it easy to find great deals from top-rated dealers and provide the guidance consumers need to make a more informed purchase.
Passion projects you ask? Yup, I have a few, including:
1) Haymakers for Hope, a charity boxing event raising over $14.5M for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund.
2) Project Cupid, a charity dating event supporting the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund.
In my spare time, you'll find me at Fenway, on the golf course, playing poker, making lists, learning Japanese, eating nutella, and coaching my nephews (so that one day they suit up for the Sox).
