Guiding agencies and consultancies to land 6- & 7-figure opportunities predictably
Hi. I'm Christian. I started a concert promotion and experiential marketing agency in high school and would grow it to over $10MM in sales.
It grew rapidly, and we worked with Grammy award winners like Lady Gaga and Pitbull. Not long after, we launched an experiential marketing agency division and activated programs for Disney and Toyota.
The business was booming, but the 2008 Great Recession happened. Things screeched to a halt. Like many agencies, I had grown through worth-of-mouth and referrals. To rebound, I hired a consultant who taught me the fundamentals of business development.
I felt reinvigorated. I closed my firm, took what I learned from the consultant, and pivoted to a career in agency business development. Over the last decade, I have worked at independent and holding company agencies across marketing disciplines.
I discovered that my superpower was hunting and generating top-of-the-funnel opportunities. I was involved in millions of dollars of wins with companies like Kohl's and Constellation Brands.
Over the years, I still felt an entrepreneurial itch, but I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. But the pandemic started, agencies lost clients, and some closed their doors. It reminded me of my agency during the Great Recession.
But this time, I had the expertise to help as that consultant did for me. I left my high-paying agency job and launched this consultancy to help agencies and B2B companies grow. What I learned over the last 20+ years can help you predictably land 6- and 7-figure opportunities.
I used to cover conflict and now run an award winning creative marketing agency called Black Hawk that helps brands make meaningful content.
Iโve had the opportunity to work around the world directing films and writing features for the BBC, the CBC, VICE, Al Jazeera, the Guardian, the Washington Post and many others. Iโve created content that has racked up millions of views, and played at festivals around the world.
My agency Black Hawk has produced content for Fortune 500โs, startups, non profit organizations like the United Nations and lots of cannabis companies. Weโve helped companies generate millions in trackable revenue online.
Black Hawk has pricing options for every size company so please message me if youโre looking for creative content!
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ & .๐ก๐ฒ๐ backend developer. Team player, passionate and curious about the possibilities that technology brings to the progress of mankind. | +15 years of experience.
When, as a young boy ๐ถ๐ฝ, I saw the movie ๐๐ข๐ณ๐๐ข๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ด (1983) on television ๐บ, I immediately knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. Fortunately for me, I never had that existential dilemma of not knowing what to be or do as an adult. So I studied computer science ๐ป in high school and graduated as a computer engineer in college. Mission completed! ๐
After 15 years working as a backend developer with ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ and .๐ก๐ฒ๐ technologies, I still feel, when I work in front of my computer, those butterflies in my stomach that I first felt when I saw David Lightman (played by Matthew Broderick) preventing a Third World War ๐ from happening, thanks to his social and technical skills.
And although I consider myself very proficient at coding software solutions and a team player passionate about technology with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, I will probably never have the chance to save the world from a global conflict as David did, but at least you can be certain that I will always be ready to collaborate with my knowledge and experience to achieve the goals we set as a team. ๐
