As a Senior Director, Technology at Link Logistics, I oversee the Salesforce Platform Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Support, and QA teams. I have a decade of dedicated Salesforce experience, working and consulting at companies such as PayPal, T-Mobile, FireEye, Change Healthcare, Wipro, and partners for Disney & Hasbro. I am a Salesforce MVP and a 12X certified Salesforce architect.
I am passionate about solving problems, preventing future issues, and delivering value-based outcomes.
Some of my successes include unlocking new revenue realization of 40M annual recurring revenue, data architecture modeling and reporting impacting 700M annual quota and 200M in business unit targets, and creating, documenting, and owning a portfolio of 300M+ sales technology spend.
I also educate, refine, and drive myself to always be learning, and I currently co-lead the Boston, MA Salesforce Architect User Group. Community is important to me, and I hope to keep my personal experiences and biases in mind when working with others and leading with positive intent.
